We sell these products in 20 oz., 5 lb, and  30 lb containers.  All of these products are frozen and always in stock.  It takes 3 days for the 5 lb containers to thaw and 5 days for the 30 lb container to thaw.  We generally figure a sandwich and a half per person when planning a party.
