Over the years Turasky's has developed a variety of heat and serve products. These products were developed for the food service industry and consumers needing to serve a lot of people with minimal preparation time. We always have the 5lb and 20oz containers in stock.

These products are packaged in 20oz., 5 lb, or 30 lb containers. Each of our heat and serve items are fully cooked.  Preparation includes heating and serving only.  Each can be easily heated in roasters or crock pots.  For a quick and easy meal, simply heat items in your microwave.

We recommend our hoagie rolls for the Italian Beef listed below. Out of a 5lb container of Italian Beef you will get 25 sandwiches on our hoagie rolls. Full size hoagie rolls will get you around18 sandwiches per 5lb container. We recommend using hamburger buns for the Pork BBQ you should get around 20 sandwiches per 5lb container.

A 5 lb container will take 2 days to thaw out in your refrigerator. We encourage customers to pick the product up 2 days in advance and place it in the refrigerator to thaw.  We always have plenty on hand and you don't need to place order.  The 30 lb containers take 4-5 days to thaw and orders can be placed so we can thaw them for you.

Buns:

No need to make an extra stop for buns.  We sell 4" Hoagie Rolls.  A lot of our customers love the smaller size.  They come 12 per pack and 72 per box.  This is the roll we use with our Italian Beef in order to yield approximately 25 sandwiches from the 5lb container.  With a larger roll, you may only get around 20 sandwiches from the 5lb container.
