This is our most popular boneless roast for the holiday season from our large inventory of USDA Choice or Higher rib eyes. We hand select these rib eyes as our "Top of the Line." We then hand season each roast with a blend of spices, developed through many years of sampling. Each roast is vacuum packaged to insure freshness. Cooking instructions are supplied.
